今回は住宅街にひっそり営む担々麵のお店をご紹介いたします。

品名：真　担々麺

この商品は辛さが、普通・中辛・激辛・Super激辛の四段階あり、ニンニクとニラの量も無し・少な目・普通・多めと調整することができるようです。

いかにも辛そうって雰囲気なのですが、いざ食べてみると意外と辛さがマイルドです。

っていうか、辛いのは辛いのですが、酸味で辛さを中和させているといったほうが正解なようです。

七種の香辛料、陳皮・桂皮・八角・花山椒などをブレンド、海鮮XO醤ラー油のよって独自の酸味を出しているようです。また、チャーシューのも工夫を凝らされているようです。

追い辛です

チャーハンは、ややオイリーなしっとり系。

激辛の担々麵には、これぐらいのチャーハンが安らぎを与えてくれます(笑)

ふるさと納税ＤＩＹ

おはようございます。

本日はふるさと納税により生活環境の補助的活動を記載いたします。

現在お米の値段が急騰中で、還元率が下がっています。

前回は２０キロのお米を２万円程度でゲットできましたが、今回は１．６万円で１２キロがやっとでした。

中々の苦戦中です。

そろそろ期限の年末まで残り４分の一になりました。

お米での消費には限りがありますので、残金を何に支援していくのか楽しみでしょうがないです。

基本は普段の生活必需品での使用とその還元額を預貯金に回す手法ですので、昼飯弁当の商材になってしまうのですが・・・・。

大阪の穴場中の穴場「とんかつひろ喜徳庵本店」

本日のご紹介するのは和食です

店名：とんかつひろ喜徳庵本店

住所：大阪府東大阪市稲田本町3-20-11

地元の人々に愛されるアットホームなお店です。店内はシンプルで清潔感があり、気取らない雰囲気がとても心地よいです。席に座るとすぐにスタッフの方が温かく迎えてくれ、丁寧な接客も魅力の一つです。

品名：特大ロースかつ定食

価格：１，２００円

その名の通り、大きなロースかつがドーンとお皿に乗って運ばれてきました。揚げたてのサクサク衣に包まれた厚切りの豚肉は、ジューシーで柔らかく、一口食べると口の中に旨味が広がります。揚げ物でありながら重くなく、脂身も甘く感じられるので、ペロッと食べ進めてしまいます。

定食には、キャベツの千切り、ご飯、味噌汁、そして漬物がセットになっており、全体のバランスがとても良いです。特にキャベツはシャキシャキとしていて、ロースかつとの相性が抜群でした。

品名：ポテトサラダ

価格：４００円

こちらも定評のある一品で、見た目はシンプルながらも、しっかりとした濃厚な味わいが特徴です。マヨネーズのコクが絶妙にマッチし、ほんのりと効いた塩加減も絶妙で、ロースかつの箸休めにぴったりのサイドメニューでした。

品名：海老クリームコロッケ

価格：３７０円

外はカリッと、中はトロトロのクリームがたっぷりと詰まっていて、一口食べると濃厚なクリームの味わいとクリームの滑らかさと海老の旨味が調和していて、とても贅沢な一品です。しっかりと満足感が得られるので、サイドとしても大満足でした。

先週の株価・為替相場について

おはようございます

先週は衆議院選挙の動向を確認したい気分も相まってか様子見の展開で日経平均は３９，０００円台ＮＹダウも４３，０００ドル台で終了いたしました。

個人的には、本邦のＳ株について一部の株価が下落したため追加購入を行いました。

本邦商事・金融・リース関連企業の株価が急騰、収益獲得ラインに到達したため若干の売却を行いました。

米国では欧州向けETFを若干購入いたしました。

中国では自動車・航空・保険関連企業の株価が下落、買い増しラインに到達したため、若干の購入を行いました。（中国は金利超緩和政策に転換してから株価の乱高下が止まりません。）

カナダ(ＡＤＲ)では金融関連企業の配当が無事入金されました。

ブラジル（ＡＤＲ）では資源関連企業の株価が下落、買い増しラインに到達したため、若干の購入を行いました。

資源現物取引においては金価格が急騰、収益獲得ラインに到達したため若干の売却を行いました。

為替においては米国景況感が好調だったことからオージードル円・ユーロ円が収益確定ラインに到達したため若干ポジションの解消を行い収益を計上する事ができました。

米大統領選挙が終了しトランプが選出されました。

米国株だけでなく本邦株価の動向も気になるところではありますが、新政権による増減税のスタンスの違いも気になるところです。

特に米国選挙の動向は、全世界の株価のみならず政治体制の変化に直結される要因となるため慎重に物事の推移を見定める必要があります。

Italian restaurant in Tennoji, Osaka - Bistro Bar Hitsuji no Ie (Abeno branch) (Updated March 2020)

Today, I'm featuring an Italian restaurant.

Restaurant Name: Bistro Bar Sheep's House, Abeno Store
Location: 1-6-1 Abenosuji, Abeno Ward, Osaka, Japan (Via Abeno Walk, 1F)

Dish: Cream Fondue with Bread

Price: 490 yen (for one person) Note: Must order for two or more

The cream fondue had a creamy taste that made it easy to enjoy, but personally, I prefer something with a bit more character. The heat was just right, and it didn't stick or burn even after a while, so I was able to finish it without any issues.

Dish: Vegetable Sports Day

Price: 790 yen

This dish features a tangy dressing that really whets your appetite!

Dish: Greedy! Satisfying! Meat Platter
Price: 2,980 yen (serves 2-3)

(Includes lean meat steak, beef tongue steak, sautéed short ribs, roast pork, and sausage)

Dish: Bismarck Pizza with Roast Pork
Price: 790 yen

The scale I imagined from the photo wasn’t as large as I thought, but it was a size that was easy to eat. The menu had a cool tagline that said, “Carbohydrates won’t stop!”...

Since it was New Year’s, the restaurant was nearly full. The staff was very kind, making for a pleasant dining experience!
