こんにちは

これは、数年前に訪れたニューヨークです
(2017/7更新分)
実は、8月中旬にサンフランシスコに行く予定でして、懐かしい旅の紹介となりました。

これは、ニューヨーク証券取引所です

なんか格好いいですね～

右は、最寄りの駅です

NY証券取引所は１７９２年と古くに設立されており写真のように大きく国旗が掲揚されている

（祝日はしまっていました）

また、９．１１以前は結構簡単に中を見学できましたが治安の関係でしょうか、現在は厳しいようです

右の写真はハイラインからの眺めです

以前は鉄道が走っていたところを、遊歩道に改装した名所で多くの人々が休日を過ごしていました。で、写真ですが、なんか・・・アイアムレジェンドの映画にでてきたシーンによく似てませんか？

（主人公が友人の犬が死んで自暴自棄になってゾンビに車で殴りこむシーン）

専用ミミズコンポストを買いました

今までバケツにて育成していましたが、思い切って専用コンポストを購入いたしました。

作りといたしましては４層構造になっておりまして最下層は液肥の生成所になっております。

ここをメインに土壌改良と液肥の生成、ミミズの増殖と販売までできたらええなあ～と考えております。

先週の株価・為替相場について

 おはようございます

先週は早期米国利下げ観測が後退したこともあり３月決算に向けて上昇し日経平均が３９，０００円台、ＮＹダウも３８，０００ドル台で終了いたしました。

個人的には、本邦のＳ株について下落ポジションの調整を行うため一部追加購入を行いました。

さらに、本邦のＳ株の配当の入金がありました。

またリース関連企業・金融関連企業の株価が急騰、収益ラインを超えたので取引目安単価の切り上げを行いました。

米国では自動車関連企業の配当が無事入金されました。

さらに米国の利下げがすぐには起こらない事を確認し長期債権を若干積み増しいたしました。

為替においては、ＦＲＢ議長声明に起因してユーロ円が急落し若干のポジションの積み増してを実施いたしました。

本邦株価が連日急騰しております。

これは実需要因というより、世界のお金の流れが日本に還流してきたことの現れかと思います。

つまり対中国投資が世界的に難しくなってきた現在、その矛先がアジアでは日本に向けられているだけ・・・・の事と感じます。

なので、いずれは株価と収益率のバランスが重要視されるとは思いますので連騰の銘柄への過度な増資は抑制しつつ潮目を探索していく日が続くと思います。

Today is cherry blossoms in Kyoto (Updated on April 2019)

We went to see the cherry blossoms at Kamogawa River in Kyoto. Demachi Futaba's manju is so delicious that I can't get enough of it.

Every year, I go to view the cherry blossoms on the banks of the Kamogawa River near Demachiyanagi, and I look forward to seeing college students doing things like a welcome party. This year as well, there was a group of first-year students who seemed to have just come from a rural area, a group of senior-like people who were a little more familiar creating the atmosphere, a slightly disappointed college student waiting for a chance to talk to a pretty lady, and many other things. I was drinking beer with a human pattern as a fish.

Cherry blossoms are in full bloom! ! After all, the more lively the better for cherry blossom viewing! !

Dry curry has a moist texture. The ingredients are full of garlic and onions, making it very spicy!
