This time, we will choose the classic dashi stock, "Chicken Shirayu Dashi" and "Seasonal Beef Bone and Japanese Style Dashi with 7 Kinds of Sashimi"! !!



Basically, I ate meat and soup in white soup stock and Japanese-style soup stock mainly in vegetables.

The reason is that as the meal progresses, the hot pot stock will naturally boil down. In other words, the stock is reduced. Many stores add extra soup stock.
Therefore, the soup stock naturally thickens. There is no problem in shabu-shaking meat, but when the soba (or porridge) that decorates the finale, the result is that the ingredients become thicker and thicker.
This time, as a result of having once added the dashi stock (the first time it was reduced to half, the soup was reduced to about half again when the buckwheat noodles were followed), and it became salty spicy fried soba noodles. It was

Therefore, we recommend adding soba (rice) before the soup is condensed.
