Today's introduction is yakiniku (all-you-can-eat) Store name: Golden pig Location: 1-39 Enokicho, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture SERE Esaka 2F Product name: Japanese pork mochibuta (all-you-can-eat course) Price: 3,280 yen I visited this shop twice, but I couldn't go to it because it was a thriving shop. Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation in advance and was able to go there for the first time. The menu is all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu in the evening, and there are three courses (the price depends on whether the black pork is elegant meat or ordinary meat, and the type of meat and one item is limited) Has made the "All-you-can-eat Japanese pork mochibuta course" in the middle.


You can choose from 5 types of soup stock: yuzu salt, tonkotsu, sukiyaki style, kelp soup stock, and spicy soup stock, and 3 types of seasonal miso soup stock, duck soup stock, and chicken soup stock. This time, we chose miso dashi and chicken plain hot water dashi! (After all, chicken plain hot water dashi seems to be popular, and it seems that one is selected for each table!)






For meat, I could choose pork rose, loin, catalose, and peach. (Of course, it's all-you-can-eat, so you can change it for 90 minutes.) I have different tastes, but the pork ribs were often entwined with the soup stock (especially chicken plain hot water) and it was delicious.

As a dish, I had Japanese-style grated roast beef, yellowtail carpaccio, wrapped hamburger steak, and shrimp mayo. (There were still some dishes that looked delicious, but I consulted with my stomach and decided to do this this time.) The one-of-a-kind dishes were generally cooked well, and it wasn't like a little "bonus" at a shabu-shabu restaurant, but it was a taste that was enough to compete. Personally, the wrapped hamburger is the best! !! was. (It was really wrapped in paper (laughs))




The shime menu is mackerel tokinoko kamameshi, fresh pasta (with grated cheese), and Chinese noodles.
Please note that it took about 30 minutes for the mackerel and mushroom kamameshi to be cooked for 30 minutes, as there was a polite guidance from the capacity. (The taste was delicious, but ... I'm full and I can't examine it with my abilities anymore ...) The fresh pasta (with grated cheese) and Chinese noodles sucked in the umami of the dashi stock very well, and it was a violent taste! !! (However, my stomach is over the limit and my wife almost helps me ... tears)




Choose one dessert (choose chocolate ♪) It was a gorgeous parfait. Super agar ~
