先週の為替について

おはようございます

今週は、ドル円が予想外に円安になって１０５円、ユーロ円が１２７円前後、ポンド円がなぜか１４４円台をタッチとポンド高に進行しております。

基本的に中期的に見てドル安が続くものと個人的には想定しておりましたので（現在は疑問）、なんだか不気味な動きに少し情報収集を強めねば！！と考えております。

バイデン政権の本格稼働に伴い、ドル安の流れが一気に加速すると思っておりましたので政治的観点からも米政権の動きを注視する必要があるのかもしれませんねえ～。

個人的にはポンドの動きが不気味で嫌な感じがしております。

論理的に考えると、今後ユーロとの関係が少なくとも現在からは希薄にならざるを得ず、つまり英国経済に少なからずのダメージを与え続けていく未来しか見えないのですが・・・・。

奇妙にもポンド円でみると１４０円台中盤までポンドが強くなっております。

予測しがたい動きを見せるときには、あまり手を加えないほうがいいとは思っているのですが、・・・なんともかんとも・・・。

先週の株価について

おはようございます

今週の株価は、業種によってまちまちの展開で推移いたしました。

日経平均も２８，０００円台を回復！ＮＹダウも３１，０００円台と中々しぶとい感じで相場のバランスを保っております。

まあ、方向感の見いだせない相場にちょっとストレスを高めになりつつあります。

また、政府支援金を利用した小口株投資がアメリカで問題化しており市場を混乱させていることも今後のトレンドを見えなくさせている要因の一つでこれも負担になっております。

個人的には、中国の自動車関連株や保険関連が思いのほか急激に下落してしまったため若干の買い増しを行なう羽目になってしまいました。（キャッシュが削られていく～）

また米国自動車メーカーの株がいったん調整局面になったようで、若干の買い増しを行ないました。

そして週末に本邦所有株価が上昇！収益ラインを超えたため若干の売却を行いました。

今後の展開といたしましては、緩やかに上昇を続けている米長期金利の行方が株価に影響を与えていくのでコロナ関連情報と共に注視していく必用があるのかもしれませんねえ～。

If you go south along the ring road from Nishikujo, you will find a shop just between the stations. For the menu, select "All-you-can-eat Ushinabe + All-you-can-drink oolong tea"! * According to the owner, this is the only restaurant in the industry that offers sukiyaki! !! Or ... (It's a so-called original menu ♪)

You can also choose all-you-can-drink alcohol as an option. However, in the case of all-you-can-drink alcohol, the digestibility of food is dramatically reduced, so we decided to use only soft drinks. (There was a gathering of female college students next door, but it was a big excitement with alcohol, so it may be there as well) There are three types of dishes (meat in a pot), "beef", "pork", and "chicken", but beef is highly recommended.

When it comes to cooking, the meat and vegetables are first spread in a flat iron pot, so the store manager tells you that when the pot gets thicker, you have to stir it so that it doesn't burn. For me. And when the vegetables are getting softer, they are ready to eat. (In terms of atmosphere, it is similar to the cooking method of "Monja") As for the impression, it is a shop full of various rushes, but it is outstandingly delicious! !! And it's cheap!

If you calculate the cost, you can pay by ordering the pot twice per person. The store manager is unique when it comes to rushing. In particular, when you order beef Ren-chan, the chicken is relentlessly pushed forward (it makes you feel the warmth of the plain Osaka people), which makes it even more interesting. Also, as the number of meat orders increases, the time loss until the pot comes out increases. However, additional orders are not allowed during meals before the pot ingredients run out (laughs). They care about things like "I'm slow even with such a sudden cancer." (Crying) As a whole, you are careful about eating too much! It may be necessary to believe that, but that is one of the features of this shop. (This is my third visit to the store)

Today's introduction is yakiniku (all-you-can-eat) Store name: Golden pig Location: 1-39 Enokicho, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture SERE Esaka 2F Product name: Japanese pork mochibuta (all-you-can-eat course) Price: 3,280 yen I visited this shop twice, but I couldn't go to it because it was a thriving shop. Fortunately, I was able to make a reservation in advance and was able to go there for the first time. The menu is all-you-can-eat shabu-shabu in the evening, and there are three courses (the price depends on whether the black pork is elegant meat or ordinary meat, and the type of meat and one item is limited) Has made the "All-you-can-eat Japanese pork mochibuta course" in the middle.

You can choose from 5 types of soup stock: yuzu salt, tonkotsu, sukiyaki style, kelp soup stock, and spicy soup stock, and 3 types of seasonal miso soup stock, duck soup stock, and chicken soup stock. This time, we chose miso dashi and chicken plain hot water dashi! (After all, chicken plain hot water dashi seems to be popular, and it seems that one is selected for each table!)

For meat, I could choose pork rose, loin, catalose, and peach. (Of course, it's all-you-can-eat, so you can change it for 90 minutes.) I have different tastes, but the pork ribs were often entwined with the soup stock (especially chicken plain hot water) and it was delicious.

As a dish, I had Japanese-style grated roast beef, yellowtail carpaccio, wrapped hamburger steak, and shrimp mayo. (There were still some dishes that looked delicious, but I consulted with my stomach and decided to do this this time.) The one-of-a-kind dishes were generally cooked well, and it wasn't like a little "bonus" at a shabu-shabu restaurant, but it was a taste that was enough to compete. Personally, the wrapped hamburger is the best! !! was. (It was really wrapped in paper (laughs))

The shime menu is mackerel tokinoko kamameshi, fresh pasta (with grated cheese), and Chinese noodles. Please note that it took about 30 minutes for the mackerel and mushroom kamameshi to be cooked for 30 minutes, as there was a polite guidance from the capacity. (The taste was delicious, but ... I'm full and I can't examine it with my abilities anymore ...) The fresh pasta (with grated cheese) and Chinese noodles sucked in the umami of the dashi stock very well, and it was a violent taste! !! (However, my stomach is over the limit and my wife almost helps me ... tears)
