If you underestimate this mountain castle, you'll be in for a treat! Hiking at the ruins of Iimoriyama Castle

 Good morning,

This time, I’m sharing my hiking record of a visit to the Iimoriyama Castle ruins, the former residence of Miyoshi Nagayoshi, located in Shijonawate, Osaka.

The grave of Kusunoki Masatsura, who died in the Battle of Shijonawate, is located beyond the fence.

This is Shijonawate shopping street. It had a strong Showa-era vibe, which made me feel nostalgic.

Here is the view from the middle of the challenging Hojo Course.

This is a statue of Kusunoki Masatsura, the Southern Court general who died in the Battle of Shijonawate and the son of Kusunoki Masashige.
