I finally went to see the autumn leaves. After all the autumn leaves of Kodaiji in Kyoto were good. I'm lit up at night until about next week, but the autumn leaves here were always nice to see. However, is the performance of my digital camera poor? I couldn't take a good night view because I couldn't master it ...

フエ（２００７年１１月記事）

 おはようございます

ベトナムフエです。フエ城に向かう途中の橋とフエ城の門です。

一番目の写真の右の建物は確かカフェになってたかと思います。

ベトナムは旧サイゴンのホーチミンに初めついたのですが空港の圧倒的雰囲気にけおされて、そのままフエに行っちゃいました！！フエでタクシーに乗ったのですがベトナム通過にチェンジしていなかったためそのまま銀行に行って両替！！フ～～～と安心したのがだめだったんでしょうねえ～～～～トランクの荷物を忘れて下りてしまいました。もうだめ～～～～とあきらめかけていたのですが、とりあえずの着替えを買いに行く間に（かばんには着替えのみいれていたので・・・・）なんとタクシ～のおじさんが届けに来てくれたのです。なんていい人なんだ～～としみじみ思ってしまいました。

国際情勢について

 おはようございます。

久しぶりの国際情勢の時間です

今回はロシア危機における国際ルールのゲームチェンジについて少し記載したいと思います。

現在の国際ルールは、第二次世界大戦後の勝利者による世界秩序を一つのフレームワークとして成長（変化）してきたと言って言い過ぎではないでしょう。

まあ、その主役は実際にはソ連とアメリカのみでしたが・・・と言ってはいいすぎかもしれませんが。

しかし、その安定した（？）秩序は、その支えとなっているフレーム（柱）の盛衰によってゆがめられたりすることは、どの社会の事例をとっても容易に理解できることと思います。

ようするにアメリカとソ連という２人のリーダーの経済力や腕力が、時を経て現在手の届かないぐらいに大きな差になってしまったという現実です。

そこで、貧弱になった一方のリーダーが自分に近しい子分を囲い込んで集団抗争にもっていき対抗しようとしたが、その子分と思っていた一人が実はもう裏切っていてアメリカに助けを求めたことから大きな抗争になってしまったという図式かな？？と単純に考えてしまいます。

ただ、この戦争（紛争）にソ連が勝利する！！とういう道筋は限りなくゼロに近いでしょうから、彼らの選択は裏でアメリカに取引をしてアメリカが有利になる体制を今までどおり維持（貢献）するか、今生活している世界観全て・フレームごと壊すかになります。

しかしどちらの選択をしても、今までのルールがそっくりそのままとはいかないでしょうし、また後者の選択も（いい意味でも悪い意味でも）プーチンに対して狂信的になり切れていないロシア国民の選択としては確率は低いと考えられますからロシアは前者を選択せざるを得ず、しばらく生殺し状態に陥ると考えられます。（大河でいうと将軍と執権のような関係？？）

我々日本もただ単純にアメリカに追随していれば、お気楽に恩賞をもらえるものでもないので、ここから頑張らないと国際政治の中で有利なルール作りに入っていけないと心配はあります。（ここからが正念場！！）

まあ、自分も含めですが、時代の風は向こうから吹いてくれなければ乗っかる事もできないので、頑張る頑張らないはさほどの影響力をもっていないのも事実ですが・・・・。

紅葉（２００７年１２月記事）

 

おはようございます

やっと紅葉見にいけました。やはり京都の高台寺の紅葉はよかったです。来週ぐらいまで夜のライトアップをしているのですが、ここの紅葉はいつ見てもいいものでした。ただ、私の持っているデジカメの性能がわるいのか？使いこなせてないのか夜景がうまく撮れませんでした・・・・・・・

下の写真をじっくり見ると下の方に湖面に映るあでやかな紅葉が見れるのですが・・・・・・・・・

先週の為替について

 おはようございます

今週の相場はドル円が１３０円台中盤での攻防か続き、ユーロ円に関しては１４０円台前後で、そして豪ドル円は９０円台前半で足踏みしております。

個人的には豪ドル円が上昇・ユーロドルが下落して収益確定ラインに到達したので若干の手じまいをおこないました。

今週のビックニュースはイギリスのジョンソン首相の辞任報道です。

今後ポンド円やポンドドルの行方には注意が必要かもしれません。

ただ、イギリスはチャーチルにせよ彼にせよ、こういった腕力自慢のリーダーを心底では毛嫌いする国民性があるんだなあ～とつくづく思いました。

Hajime continued (November 2007 article)

Hajime again. Here is an image of a large park in the middle of the town. It's true that the hotel fee is 75 yuan per person for a twin, and the entrance to this park was 60-70 yuan ... expensive ~~~~. This was unexpected because I was trying to reduce the amount of money I could convert to yuan, and when I entered Hong Kong from Fukshu, I was less than 1 yuan. Okinawan tavern "Shimauta Live Ryukyu" that drinks, dances and sings

good morning The shop I'm going to introduce today is an Okinawan tavern where you can drink, dance and sing.

This shop is a tavern that serves local Okinawan cuisine, and is a cozy shop that is open (quietly?) In the basement corner of the Umeda No. 3 Building in Osaka.
