The soup stock is delicious with a simple composition of shimeji mushrooms, tempura, and mitsuba. The mackerel sushi was also mildly seasoned and easy to eat. Product name: Kamaage thick somen (persimmon leaf sushi set) Price: 1,550 yen


The other noodles were thick and delicious.
