Dishes Race Along the Counter! Gratin Specialty Restaurant - Dotubo Doll (Updated in January 2020)

I recently visited the gratin specialty restaurant "Dotubo Doll." (Updated in September 2017)

Location: Hankyu Imazu Line, Sakasegawa Station

Opening hours: 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

Various types of gratin were available.

As shown in the picture on the right, one of the unique features of the restaurant is the railway track that runs throughout the interior. The dishes are placed on trolleys on the tracks and are delivered to each customer using this system.

Macaroni Gratin Set - 1,350 yen

• Daily Macaroni Gratin (today's was eggplant and pumpkin)
• Rice or bread
• Dessert
• 

Macaroni is definitely the best for gratin!!

Rice Gratin with Mochi and Green Onions - 970 yen

Mochi also goes perfectly with gratin!! The flavor of the green onions also matches well with the rice gratin.

I visit this place once a year, and the taste has remained consistently amazing!!
