Today, I’m introducing a rare cuisine from a unique country, and it's from Matsuya!

Dish name: Shkmeruli Nabe Set Meal

It's a chicken soup dish full of garlic aroma. My impression was that it’s somewhat similar to cheese fondue. (Sorry if I’m wrong)

Considering the restaurant's previous concepts, I honestly didn’t have high expectations. But!!!

I apologize.

I was a bit moved. The quality is really high (I think...).

I highly recommend this dish with confidence.

※One question though: why is there rice??? Miso soup??? That’s the only part I'm unsure about.
