The shop near the former Imperial Palace Elementary School uses an old private house, but it stands out with its fashionable appearance because it is based on black.

I felt that the concept of the shop was aimed at tourists rather than locals.

The soup is made from simmered chickpeas and vegetables.

古民家イタリアのコンセプトが光るお店！「かど屋」

本日ご紹介するお店はイタリアンです！！

旧御所跡小学校近くのお店で古民家を利用されてますが、黒を基調としているのでお洒落な外観で目立ちます。

お店のコンセプトとしては地元民というよりも観光客がターゲットといった感じがしました。

ソフトバゲットにスモークチキンが乗ったもの

・鎌倉野菜のスープ

スープは汁少な目のひよこ豆や野菜が煮込まれたもの

本当に辛いパスタでした。古民家のオシャレな作りから、舐めてました。

先週の為替について

 おはようございます

今週の相場は米国利上げ政策の転換時期が不透明さを深めたことでドル円が１３４円台前半に、クロス円のユーロ円、豪ドル円はそれに習い１４３円台・９２円台にそれぞれ円安が進行いたしました。

個人的には豪ドル円が上昇したため若干売却し収益を上げました。

また、ユーロ円でも１４０円を挟んだ攻防から若干収益を上げました。

今回の突如の円高とその反発は次の日銀総裁発表のサプライズからくる動揺が効いているようで、黒田総裁の政策の継承か否かを占うコンセンサスが未だ市場にとられていない証拠だとも言えます。

久々のジャパン発のイベントに少し興奮を覚えるのは私だけでしょうか？皆様もどうか振り落とされないよう気を付けて頑張って行きましょう♪

先週は迫りくる利下げ圧力や雇用統計の発表で乱高下し日経平均が２７，０００円台に、ＮＹダウも３３，０００ドル台と若干停滞しておりました。

個人的には本邦ＲＥＡＴの配当が無事入金されました。

ブラジルの債権が利息配当日を迎え無事入金されました。

次の日銀総裁発表のサプライズからくる動揺が効いているようで、株価も乱高下致しました。

これは黒田総裁の政策の継承か否かを占うコンセンサスが未だ市場にとられていない証拠だとも言えます。

久々のジャパン発のイベントに少し興奮を覚えるのは私だけでしょうか？皆様もどうか振り落とされないよう気を付けて頑張って行きましょう♪
