Experience French cuisine! ! Tournesol (Updated December 2019)

Today we will introduce French cuisine! ! Store name: Tournesol Location: 1-11-2 Esakacho, Suita City, Osaka Prefecture




The atmosphere of the shop was homey and felt a bit low-key! !



The menu I ordered was a course meal! ! Item name: Today's hors d'oeuvre, today's soup, main dish, small dessert Price: 5,500 yen




Drinks are an additional charge. We had a modest glass of wine and Vin Moussou (520 yen, 740 yen).



Hors d'oeuvre: Canadian wild boar and pistachio homemade terrine The boar terrine is very filling. It also went well with mustard. As for the salad, the sourness of the balsamic dressing neutralized the flavor of the meat.

Today's soup: Olive oil is layered on top, making it an extra layer of work.


Today's fish: Scallop and cutlass meuniere. The fish and sauce went together perfectly and was delicious. The sauce wasn't as strong as it looked, and it felt like a refreshing cream sauce!


Today's main dish: Kuroge Wagyu beef rump steak with red wine sauce The meat was cut into pieces and was easy to eat. Also, the sweetness of the sweet potato underneath the meat mixes with the sauce and is delicious.


Today's dessert: Creme brûlée, cake, and ice cream. The grilled flavor on the surface of the crème brûlée is irresistible. The sourness of the sherbet seemed to soothe the inside of my mouth.


At the end, we calm down with hot coffee.
