本日は先日行きました駒井家住宅の写真をアップいたしました！！

動物遺伝学、動物分類学に大きな功績を残した、京都大学名誉教授・駒井卓博士の私邸として建てらた住宅です。

大正末期から昭和初期に形成され、「学者村」といわれた北白川の閑静な住宅地にあって、比叡山が一望される東に庭を広く設けた洋館建築です。わが国の動物遺伝学、動物分類学に大きな功績を残した、京都大学名誉教授・駒井卓博士（1886～1972）の私邸として、昭和2年、ヴォーリズ建築事務所の設計により建てらた住宅です。

The course consists of a set of salt-grilled offal, a set of sauce-grilled offal, and finishing noodles (yakisoba or udon).

Best of all, the food is carefully cooked right in front of you from start to finish, so you can eat it to the perfect degree of doneness without having to worry about cooking it. Kokushio (red (middle part), marucho (small intestine), abutan (tongue), Tsunagi (neck), tankori (throat))

Black sauce (absin (heart), hohoniku (comic), hoso (small intestine), abomasum))

Ending with udon

"Chiba sauce" is a unique combination of miso that was custom-ordered from a long-established miso shop in Nakagyo Ward, Kyoto City that has been operating for over 200 years.

And the ``gravy'' dripping with rich salt and black sauce is full of flavor.

Finish off with udon noodles made with a sauce that has a rich flavor and depth.

I ended up finishing with udon, which was also great. The combination of meat fat, sauce, and egg had an exquisite taste.

ベランダＤＩＹ

久しぶりのベランダＤＩＹの時間です

今回は、昆虫大発生についてご報告です。。

現在私の住んでるマンションのベランダは、どこから来たのかカメムシに占領されています。

このカメムシ、意外とすばしっこく飛んでいくので駆除が大変です。

また地面にいるときに気づかず踏んづけてしまうと悪臭を放つという厄介者・・・・。

まあ、これも地球温暖化のなせる業なのか、改めてＤＩＹの大切さに気づかされる今日この頃でした。（無理筋？？？）

コースは塩焼きのホルモン一式＋タレ焼きのホルモン一式＋締めの麺類(焼きそば又はうどん)で構成される。

何よりも最初から最後まで目の前で丁寧に焼いてくださるので、焼く手間なく最高の焼き加減で食べられるので良かったです。

コク塩（赤（中落ち）、マルチョウ（小腸）、アブタン（舌）、ツナギ（首）、タンコリ（喉））

黒ダレ（アブシン（心臓）、ホホニク（コメカミ）、ホソ（小腸）、アカセン（第四胃））

〆のうどん

京都市中京区で200年以上続く老舗味噌店へ特注した合わせ味噌をベースに独自に配合した“千葉ダレ”。

そしてコク塩、黒ダレの肉より滴り落ちた旨みたっぷりの“肉汁”。

これらによって出来あがる「旨み」「深み」を持つソースで仕上げるうどんで〆ていただきます。

私は〆はうどんにしましたがこちらも最高。肉の脂、たれ、卵が絡み合った絶妙な味でした。

先週の株価・為替相場について

 おはようございます

今週米国の景況感指数が下落していることもあり市場が今年の追加利上げに対する予測をネガティブにしてきたことから日経平均は３２，０００円台を回復、ＮＹダウも米景況感の底堅さから３３，０００ドル台を回復しております。

また為替はドル高圧力が若干停滞しておりドル円は１４０円台後半を維持、ユーロ・ドルも１．０５を挟む展開に、ただクロス円はその状からまちまちで、若干の円安に推移いたしております。

個人的には、本邦のＳ株を数社購入いたしました。

そしてREATの配当が無事入金されました。

米国においては飲料関連企業の株価が下落、買い増しラインに到達いたしましたため、若干の購入を行いました。

韓国においては、航空機関連企業の株価が下落、買い増しラインに到達いたしましたため、若干の購入を行いました。

タイにおいては、医療関連企業の株価が収益獲得ラインに到達したため投資目安単価の切り上げを行いました。

為替においては、豪ドル円が上昇しポジションの転換ラインを越えましたのでポジションを解消し若干の収益を上げました。

現在市況は、米国景況感と長期金利そして国際紛争とあらゆる要因をない交ぜにしながら、薄い板一枚の上をバランスを取りながら千鳥足で進んでいる状況です。

どの要因でも悪材料如何で相場を乱高下させるほどのものなので中々ゆっくり今後の展望など見ていく事ができません。

皆様も振り落とされないようできるだけフリーキャッシュ率高めて防御される事をお勧めいたします。

ただ個人的には止まない雨も、変わらぬ日照りも有りはしないと思いますので、ボチボチやっていきましょう♪

The harmony of vanilla ice cream, cassis ice cream, banana, yellow peach, fresh cream, and Bulgarian yogurt is the best! ! It's the best! ! The exquisite balance of sweetness and sourness of this blackcurrant is irresistible. Product name: Hot fudge sundae Price: 780 yen

The chocolate sauce is sprinkled inside the large (and heavy!) glass, giving it a somewhat stylish look.

Hot fudge sauce is placed next to the glass.

Even though it's hot, it's not that hot, it's a lukewarm chocolate sauce.

It was really delicious, but I got a little tired of it. . . . . . . .
